How do you define Good? An act that lights you up, perhaps? Something that you witness in and around that makes you feel lighter, the source of light, and goodness that sometimes sparks more goodness. We all see these tiny sparks off and on, and then they seem to extinguish somehow with the winds of time, the life situations, the events, that unfold. The good stays inherently good, then why is it that we do not ‘feel’ it at times?
Why is it that it feels heavy, tight, and stuck, even the good is still around. The strongest energy should win after all, shouldn’t it? In spite of the situation, good or bad, we decide whether to judge it or not, whether to give it that mass, that weight of gravity, of our thoughts, of our feelings. We, therefore also decide, what to ignite.
Ignite the good.
Where in your life do you feel the spark of goodness burning the brightest?
If you were to take one small action today to spark positivity, what would it be? How will you make it happen?
