For if today is lived fully, yesterday will be a memory full of meaning, and tomorrow will be a fulfilled dream. We often live our days on autopilot. The activities of the day take over. The routine devours the time. The day ends. A new day begins on repeat.
Living intentionally, with mindfulness and brings us back to our ‘senses’.
Tuning into the present moment and energizing it with our whole being often fills it with an aliveness that gives meaning to memories—the yesterdays that make up our lives.
We can then also focus on nurturing and manifesting the dreams in our tomorrows.
